Known up to this point for her bit parts and sexy light comedy roles, Marilyn Monroe's attempt to show the dramatic side of her acting range gained the attention of both critics and audiences, one of her first major steps towards superstardom. In this chilling thriller, she plays opposite Richard Widmark as a disturbed young babysitter, whose full instability is gradually revealed to an almost horrific end. Displaying her bombshell good looks and undeniable sex appeal. 
 
The poster has some defects which were not addressed when linen backed but can easily be restored. The linen backing has also seen better days and could definitely be addressed and re-linen backed by a professional. In the center of the poster, in Marilyn's red dress, there is a 4" slash (pictured above). A professional would be able to restore this as well as some minor fold line wear, surface paper scuffs, etc, for a few hundred dollars. However most of these defects wouldn't be very noticeable when professionally framed. 
 
This poster ships rolled and is in C7 Very Good to Excellent condition.
