House on Haunted Hill 1959 - SOLD
House on Haunted Hill 1959 (Allied Artists) Three Sheet LINEN BACKED (41" X 79") Reynold Brown Artwork.
This is a guaranteed original movie poster. This is not a REPRINT or a REPRODUCTION.
Frederick Loren (Vincent Price) makes several strangers an offer they can't refuse: spend a single night in my haunted mansion and receive $10,000. The catch is, they have to be alive to collect in the morning! This fun film earned such large profits - no doubt bolstered by producer William Castle's usage of the "Emergo" gimmick, in which a plastic skeleton on a wire flew out at the audience at a key point in the film - that it led director Alfred Hitchcock to create his own low-budget horror picture, Psycho. A classic piece for horror fans with great Reynold Brown artwork.
This is a MUST HAVE poster for horror fans and fans of 1950's horror/sci-fi posters!! These 3 Sheets are rare!!!
This poster ships rolled and was in C9 Near Mint condition prior to linen backing.
*There are magnet weights at the bottom of the poster to hold it for the photo. They are not part of the poster.
